30-Day Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase when applicable.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Final sale items
• Clearance items marked as final sale
• Intimate or personal-wear items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or missing original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@uwiaxs.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and provide a solution.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at support@uwiaxs.com before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and the return address when your request is approved. Please do not return items to the manufacturer or to any address not provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We can assist with exchanges for eligible items when stock is available. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
